高层次中医药人才是中医药事业振兴发展、传承弘扬的关键。如何建立科学、有效的高层次人才继续教育模式,实施有益于人才发展的机制改革,是当前中医药人才工作需要解决的重大问题。上海中医药大学围绕培训模式、课程体系、平台构建、师资队伍建设,不断推进符合高层次中医药人才成长规律的改革实践,强化中医药人才成长要素,优化中医药人才继续教育模式,探索了以“优才学院”为载体的中医药人才继续教育模式,为高层次中医药人才培养提供了实践依据和理论支持。

High-level traditional Chinese medicine talents are the main force to the revitalization and development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). How to establish a scientific and effective continuing education mode for the high-level TCM talents, exploring an appropriate training mechanism, becomes a major challenge that needs to tackle. Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine did a series of researches on the training model, curriculum system, platform construction and teaching team building, promoted the reformation and practice training in accordance with the growth law of high-level Chinese medicine talents, strengthen the growth factors and optimized the training mode of Chinese Medicine Talents, explored the continuing education system for high-level TCM talents-elite college, which provides the practical basis and theoretical support to the education of high-level TCM talents.
