摘要

为了培养具备“专业精英、社会栋梁”特质的卓越医学人才,同济大学医学院进行了医教研协同的拔尖创新型卓越医学人才培养体系的建设与实践。在教学上,实行基于器官系统的课程体系改革和形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的考核方式,加强以临床问题为导向的基础医学的学习,实施“早期临床、全程临床”训练体系。在科研创新能力培养上,实行全程导师制和基础—临床双导师制,建立创新基地和三级科学创新体系。同时,为医教研协同的拔尖创新型卓越医学人才培养体系建立了有效的质量保障体系。

Abstract

To cultivate the outstanding medical talents with the characteristics of professional elites and pillars of society, Tongji University School of Medicine constructed the cultivation system of top-notch innovative medical talents by cooperation of medical practice, teaching and research. In teaching, fulfilled the integrated curriculum based on organ systems, used formative assessment combined with summative assessment, enhanced the clinical problem based learning in medicine, established early and whole course patient contact training system. In training creative ability of research, carried out the whole course supervising system and preclinical-clinical double supervising system, established the innovation base and innovative system in three levels. Tongji University School of Medicine also established the effective quality assurance system for this cultivation system.
