美国的输血医学专科医师培训是围绕其毕业后医学教育认证委员会(Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education,ACGME)提出的 6种核心能力开展和评估。本文通过文献回顾,展示了美国输血医学专科医师的培训制度、培训内容和考核方式,建议我国加强输血科专科医师相关医学知识的培训,建立不同阶段的培训目标和考核方式,完善现有的输血培训制度,为开展适合我国国情的输血科专科医师培训提供思路。
The American transfusion medicine training program is provided by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) in the form of the six core competencies that residents should acquire. The training program should develop a curriculum and implement a variety of learning activities that support residents and fellows to gain these competencies. By presenting the training and assessment of fellowship program in the United States, it is suggested that a systematic medical knowledge package, different training stages' objectives and assessment methods are necessary to strengthen transfusion training nowadays and to provide some strategies of training like the development of a special transfusion training program, in China and for China.
