培养具有国际视野的复合型医药卫生管理人才是国家医疗卫生事业发展的需求,国家卫生健康委员会人才交流服务中心和美国伊利诺伊大学芝加哥分校(University of Illinois at Chicago,UIC)签订合作框架协议,对此类人才的培养进行了探索。UIC为中国医疗与医药行业从业人员开设了一年制工商管理硕士(医药卫生管理方向)项目,本文从培养目标、培养过程、课程体系、教学方法、评价体系、就业衔接等方面进行分析,以期为我国的硕士研究生教育提供参考。
Development of national healthcare industry needs to bring up trans-disciplinary healthcare management talents with international visions. In line with this demand, Health Human Resources Development Centre (HHRDC) of National Health Commission (NHC) of China and the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) have signed a cooperation framework agreement to explore the cultivation of such talents, and UIC has offeredan one-year program of graduate education for master degree of business administration in healthcare management to nourish Chinese medical and pharmaceutical practitioners. This article reviewed the characteristics of this graduate training system, including learning objective, training process, curriculum settings, teaching methods, evaluation system and employment linking up, which may provide a positive reference for the graduate education in China.
