本研究通过对2019年中国医师协会6批次共15篇住院医师规范化培训基地评估结果通报进行分析,梳理了目前住院医师规范化培训基地在基本条件、培训管理、师资管理、培训质量等方面存在的问题,建议相关行政部门加强基地基本条件的建设与监管,有效开展省级层面的督导评估,保障基地自评自查和院级督导质量,进一步扩大基地评估覆盖面,不断提高评估专家能力水平。

By analyzing the evaluation results of 6 groups and 15 notifications from resident standardized training programs in 2019 organized and announced by Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA), this study sorted out the existing problems in the basic conditions, training administration, teacher management, training quality and other first-class indicators of the current program. It is suggested that the health administration department should strengthen the construction and supervision of the basic conditions for resident standardized training programs, optimize supervision and evaluation at provincial level, ensure the quality of self-evaluation and hospital level supervision, expand the coverage of program evaluation, and constantly improve the capacity building of the evaluation experts.
