空军军医大学西京医院超声医学科以陕西省基层超声医师继续教育规范化培训基地为平台,以教学模式创新、教学方式创新、教学内容创新为工作思路,通过建立健全培训管理机构、优化教学实践方案、完善综合考核评价制度和探索科学的管理评估机制等方法,逐步探索陕西省基层超声医师“理论+实践+考核”的继续教育规范化培训新模式,努力建设国际一流的基层超声医师继续教育规范化培训基地,以期为我国基层卫生事业培养更多高质量的超声医学人才。

This paper introduces standardized training for ultrasound doctors in the in Xijing Hospital of Air Force Medical University take as a training platform serving the training program of residents in Shaanxi province, and characterized by reform of teaching mode, teaching method and of teaching content. To establish and improve the training management, optimizing the teaching plan, to develop a comprehensive evaluation system and exploring more the scientific management methods in order to explore the new education mode of continuous education and standardized training for primary ultrasound doctors in Shaanxi province. In addition, we try to build a top international training base for the standardized and continuing education for ultrasound doctors, thus to train more qualified ultrasound talents for the people.
