摘要

模拟教学是一种以学习者为中心的教学方式,其通过模拟临床真实场景和应用高仿真模拟器为学习者提供了一个安全的心理环境。为了增加模拟环境的真实性,目前已有多种类型的模拟器应用于儿科学临床教学过程中。此外,在儿科学模拟教学过程中还需要注意一些基本原则,如课程整合、强化训练、反馈性任务报告、掌握学习方法和难度变化等以提高教学效果。

Abstract

Simulation-based medical education (SBME) is a learner-centered teaching format, which provides learners a safe psychological environment by simulating real clinical scenes and applying high-fidelity simulators. In order to strengthen the authenticity of the simulated environment, many types of simulators are applied in the pediatric clinical education. Effective use of SBME in pediatrics requires paying attention to some educational principles, including curriculum integration, deliberate practice, debriefing, mastery learning, and ranking barriers.
